Information

Basildon United Football Club, currently play in the Essex Senior League and have done since the turn of the Millennium, The Essex Senior League is Step 5 in the National Football Pyramid.

A good standard of Non-league football is played at this level which gives players the competition and experience to improve their skills. As well as the ESL, the club will also play in the FA Vase, Essex Senior Cup, Essex Thames-side Trophy and East Anglian Cup.


2007/2008 Season

This season Basildon has had its up's and down's, and they have used no fewer than 72 first team players, but the team has battled on through a very hard session, even if results didnt go there way they carried on finishing the season with a decent run with only one defeat in the last six games, but this was not enough to stop the club recording there worst season in the Essex Senior League finishing 16th out of a possible 17.
